This is my first stickerpack with 12 different stickers. It also includes QR-codes on the backside, that lead you to the YouTube videos that show the process of creating the design of the sticker, because some designs were made on canvases, some are huge murals or quick freestyles… every sticker tells a story, and if I recorded the process, you will get access to the videos (2 are not public) to learn more about it…

All stickers are delivered unframed, no flowers or decoration of the mockup photo is included.

Feel free to send any product back for any reason. We will find a solution.

If something is wrong, please instantly write an email to hallo@smoenova.de

To give you a refund,the product has to be sent back in good condition. We only accept packages that are not damaged.

It is not possible to refund products that are damaged.

Please take care to send back products in original packaging with insured shipping and a tracking option - this is super important.
To qualify for a refund you should return the product to us within 10 business days after receiving the product.
Shipping and handling fees for return shipments are non refundable.

We are a small business with clients all over the planet, we can’t offer to take care of your return shipping costs.

If you decide to return a product, you will bear the cost of return shipment unless the product was damaged upon delivery.

NEVER ACCEPT any damaged packages! We send all products with insured shipping, so if something happens to the package on it´s way to you - it is the fault of the delivery service.

Please write an email first to hallo@smoenova.de to get all instructions to get the refund confirmation.
Once the undamaged product has been recieved by us, you will get your refund within 30 days after receiving your return product.

We will use the same payment method like you used to buy the product.

You will get the address for the returned products in our confirmation email.
We ship worldwide. If you were not able to select your country in the checkout, please write an email to hallo@smoenova.de and we try to find a solution as fast as possible.

Usually prints and artworks get shipped within 3 working days after your order. USA takes about 10 working days for shipping, within Europe it is even faster... world record holder for the slowest shipping is a print that took 92 days, because it got lost in a harbour - if you beat that you get a handdrawing from me for free.

Attention! All countries are handling tax fees for packages from foreign countries in a different way - It may happen, that you have to pay a tax fee, if you receive the artwork! Please check that first, if your country charges any tax fees for packages from Germany!
